Overview

The Framework for Evaluation Platform is a full-featured, robust teacher evaluation and professional development system. It not only supports teacher evaluations, but also self-assessments and professional development plans.

During the school year, adminstrators can create multiple evaluations per teacher, and within each evaluation, an administrator can include multiple formative observations.

Teachers or administrators can submit (upload) artifacts into the evaluations.

Within our Professional Development Plan module, teachers document their annual professional development goals, then propose activities and resources to achieve these goals. These activities are submitted to an administrator for online approval. After documenting the actual results and evidence, teachers and adminstrators can also record their reflections about the process.

The system produces beautifully formatted Observation and Evaluation PDF documents that are ready for the personnel file.

Framework for Evaluation has many customizable options, e.g. using contract status or not, displaying level of performance or not, etc.

Framework for Evaluation is simple to learn and use. Without expensive on-site training, administrators are able to use the tool almost immediately. Since the tool embodies the methodologies, your evaluation system will be compliant with state-wide mandates.
