Centralized Storage - Framework for Evaluation provides a centralized database environment to track all evaluations at a school- and/or district-wide level. With just a few mouse clicks, administrators, teachers, and even superintendents can see active evaluations, observations, and professional development plans that are associated with them.

Use Your Own Rubrics - You manage your district's copy of the evaluation rubrics. The district's rubrics are always available for viewing in the system. The administrator selects the Component's Level of Performance (LOP) and the programs inserts the appropriate evaluative text. The adminstrator can then edit and customize the verbage as necessary.

Saving You Time - Framework for Evaluation takes the manual "busy work" of managing forms and formating documents out of the evaluation process. It provides web-forms to capture the observation and evaluation text and it provides nicely formatted customizable PDF forms for Observations, Evaluations, and Professional Development Plans. Observational notes are pulled into the evaluation "automagically". Administrators don't have to copy-and-paste notes from one word document into another!

Encourage and Facilitate Communication - Framework for Evaluation encourages and faciliates communication between administrators and teachers. After an administrator signs a document, either the formative observation or the summative evaluation, teachers can immediately see that document online. Teachers can add comments to the evaluation at each component level.
